Licensing Information & Faq's
NOTE: you can not add your songs to Youtube Content ID if you don’t own the instrumental.
Unlimited Rights (Mps / Wav & Trackout,Agreement & Royalties Optional)

Unlimited is not exclusive. Its purpose is to give artist plenty of beats at a affordable price so they can create their mixtapes. There are no term limits or restrictions like other sites have. It wasnt intentended for Album use but you can register the song with ASCAP and BMI ect if you want BUT keep in mind that it is Non Exclusive. Many artist want a beat that only they have. For that, see below.

Exclusive Licence (Mp3, Wav,Trackouts,Agreement & Royalties)

This is the best choice for those of you willing to pay the extra $450 -$1400+ to be the only person on the beat. Exclusive rights actually come with the right to sell Unlimited units! Not only that but you can now register a song you create with the beat with Ascap or BMI so you can start getting royalties. Producer and artist will share evenly the remainder of whatever points or percentage is left. You can make as much money as you want from performance revenues and get on Unlimited radio station’s rotation list and Sell Unlimited Mixtapes & Albums. Exclusive doesn't mean you own the copyrights to the instrumental! Only the beatmaker maintains copyright to the original instrumental. You can not put a copyright claim on any youtube video using the instrumental. You do have shared rights with JuseBeats when it comes to your song using the instrumental.

Content I.D. Claims

We dont mind you uploading your songs to discord but you need to make sure you turn off content I.D. scanning. If you do not, it will falsely flag anyone who used the same beat. Its rare but it is possible. Content I.D. Scanning is prohibited. If you are reported doing so, it will void your licence. Exclusive beats are eligible for content scanning.

Faq's & Terms Of Agreement

Ownership

Only the beatmaker maintains copyright to the original instrumental. You can not put a copyright claim on any youtube video using the instrumental. You do have shared rights with JuseBeats when it comes to your song using the instrumental.

Distribution Limit
No Limits

Length Of Lease Term
Unlimited Lease Term

Profits
Because you have paid the leasing fee for non exclusive, you are able to keep 100% of the profits that you make from your distributions (Mixtapes and promo ect), unless otherwise specified by the producer. If you decide to register a lease with ASCAP, BMI and make it apart of an official album in a attempt to blow up, You do have shared rights with JuseBeats when it comes to your song using the instrumental 50/50.

Common Questions and Scenarios
In order to tie up the loose ends and clear things up, I wanted to address some common questions that were not answered in the above sections:

Q. Can my song be played on the radio during a lease?
A. Again, I can answer this question only for my terms at JuseBeats. The simple answer is yes, you may submit for and receive radio play while on a lease. If your song begins to receive national attention while on a lease, I ask that you please contact me immediately so we can discuss royalties or other options which would be more suitable for such a situation.

Q. How will I receive my beats?
A. Your beats will be sent to your email immediately after purchase. No more waiting!

Q. Are the tags removed on purchased beats?
A. Yes! There maybe one “Juse” tag in the intro for branding purposes, the rest are removed completely.

Q. Do you have any free beats available?
A. Sometimes.

Q: You allow me unlimited streaming on a leased beat but limits physical sales of the beat. What if the beat is bought out already exclusively when I am trying to get streams for the same beat that I leased?
A: Buying exclusive doesn't cancel anyone else's lease.

Q: How do I reach the individual or party who purchased exclusive rights to your beat, to seek permission for me to release music using that exclusive instrumental sold?
A: You don't have to do that because buying exclusive doesn't cancel anyone else's license. They can not get mad at a cpl artist who may have used the beat on a mixtape. They already know they purchased a beat that could have been leased.

Q: I bought a beat pack containing several beats. Majority of them were bought out exclusively. What do I do then? Am I still allowed to release the music on streaming services since I bought the beat pack and if not, what do I do? How do I even get in contact with whoever bought the beat?
A: Yes you can still stream it. You don't have to do anything because buying exclusive doesn't cancel anyone else's lease. (This answer applies to the old way of doing things. This is now currently impossible because only one artist can now get exclusive. If the beat was previously leased then that falls under the non exclusive policy.)
